This morning we talked about how we will be doing vocabulary four squares with our vocab lists. \u00a0Basically they are going to fill a page for each word. \u00a0They should split each page into 4 equal parts and fill them as follows:<\/p>\n
Top left: The word, it’s definition, a synonym, and an antonym<\/p>\n
Top right: Three sentences using the word. \u00a0These must be taken from a dictionary\/book\/internet\/parents, etc. \u00a0This is because we want them to be used correctly<\/p>\n
Bottom Left: nothing yet!<\/p>\n
Bottom right: a simple picture that helps define the word<\/p>\n

Here’s the first example we did of abrupt: Vocab Square Example<\/a><\/p>\n Tonight students should do the next 4\u00a0words in our list…..<\/p>\n Vocab list:<\/p>\n abrupt<\/p>\n bankrupt<\/p>\n corrupt<\/p>\n corruptible<\/p>\n disrupt<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In Mathematics we did a good amount of review and took some more multiplication quizzes.<\/p>\n Tonight students have 3 more problems to do just like last night. \u00a0They should get these done with a parent\/guardian\/older brother\/sister, etc. \u00a0And they should use their play \u00a0money! \u00a0Also if you would, please sign the bottom of the page saying you did them.<\/p>\n $10 paid to 4 employees<\/p>\n $12 paid to 5 employees<\/p>\n $3 paid to 6 employees<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n So, tl;dr<\/p>\n vocab squares for first 5 words on the vocab list<\/p>\n 3 problems to be done with play money with an adult:<\/p>\n $10 paid to 4 employees<\/p>\n $12 paid to 5 employees<\/p>\n $3 paid to 6 employees<\/p>\n and read!!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sorry to be so rushed today,<\/p>\n -Mr. Potter<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I have an appointment, so I’m sorry but this is going to be rather rushed….
