We will be using this as we talk about numbers and operations in the upcoming weeks. \u00a0Students will also need to use their abacus in a video they make about addition and another video about subtraction. \u00a0What I’m saying here, is DO….NOT…LOSE…IT.<\/p>\n
Also treat your abacus with consideration and care. \u00a0It’s sturdy, but not little brother or sister proof.<\/p>\n

Making the abacus took us quite some time, so we didn’t actually have time to discuss their function. \u00a0We will get into those details and do a ton of exercises tomorrow.<\/p>\n
